Crest IT Solutions – Referral Scheme Terms & Conditions (UK)

1. Definitions

• “Crest IT”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Crest IT Solutions.
• “Referrer” means the individual or business submitting a referral.
• “Referred Business” means the business introduced to Crest IT Solutions through the referral scheme.
• “Reward” means the incentive issued under this scheme.
• “Qualifying Contract” means a signed and active managed IT services agreement with Crest IT Solutions.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The referral scheme is open to businesses and individuals aged 18 or over.
2.2 Employees of Crest IT Solutions may be excluded from participation unless explicitly agreed in writing.
2.3 The Referred Business must be a new Crest IT Solutions customer and must not already be in active discussions with Crest IT Solutions at the time the referral is submitted.

3. Valid Referrals

3.1 The Referrer must confirm that they have obtained explicit permission from the Referred Business to share their contact details.
3.2 Crest IT Solutions reserves the right to reject referrals where consent cannot be reasonably demonstrated or where referral details are incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading.
3.3 Only the first valid referral received for a Referred Business will be eligible for a reward.

4. Qualifying Criteria

4.1 A reward becomes payable only where the Referred Business:

• Signs a Qualifying Contract with Crest IT Solutions; and
• Remains an active, paying client for a minimum of 30 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.2 One-off projects, consultancy-only services, trial engagements, or cancelled contracts do not qualify.

5. Referral Rewards

5.1 Once the qualifying criteria are met, the Referrer may choose one of the following rewards (subject to availability):

• One month of discounted IT support
• A free PC or laptop
• Amazon gift vouchers

5.2 Where a PC or laptop is selected as the reward:

• The make, model, specification, and supplier will be chosen solely by Crest IT Solutions at its discretion;
• The device will be provided on a supply-only basis;
• No installation, configuration, software licensing, data migration, or ongoing support is included unless separately agreed in writing;
• Crest IT Solutions reserves the right to provide either a new or refurbished device of equivalent value.

5.3 Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash alternative.

6. Reward Value Limitation

6.1 The value of the monthly IT support is strictly capped at the monthly contract value signed by the Referred Business.

6.2 For the avoidance of doubt:

• If the Referrer’s own Crest IT Solutions contract is valued at £6,000 per month, but the Referred Business signs a contract valued at £100 per month, the maximum reward value will be £100.
• Discounted IT support will be limited to the monthly fee paid by the Referred Business under their Qualifying Contract.

6.3 Crest IT Solutions reserves the right to determine the monetary value of non-cash rewards for the purposes of applying this cap.

7. Reward Issuance

7.1 Rewards will be issued within 30 days of the qualifying criteria being met.
7.2 Crest IT Solutions reserves the right to withhold or withdraw rewards where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

8. Data Protection & Consent

8.1 All referrals must comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
8.2 The Referrer confirms that the Referred Business has consented to be contacted by Crest IT Solutions.
8.3 Personal data will be processed in accordance with Crest IT Solutions Privacy Policy.

9. Scheme Changes & Termination

9.1 Crest IT Solutions reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this referral scheme at any time without prior notice.
9.2 Referrals submitted prior to termination will be honoured subject to these Terms & Conditions.

10. General

10.1 Crest IT Solutions’ decision regarding eligibility, qualifying referrals, and reward allocation is final.
10.2 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
